Shah The Editor Productions provides professional video production, filmmaking, event design, digital marketing, and website creation services executed according to the agreed project brief. By engaging our services, clients agree to provide accurate information, necessary materials, and timely feedback, while also ensuring all permissions and licenses for provided content are obtained. Ownership of final deliverables transfers to the client only upon full payment; until then, we retain ownership of all work-in-progress and final products, reserving the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing. Deliverables are provided based on the project schedule, with revisions limited to the initial scope and additional changes potentially incurring extra charges. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and clients agree to indemnify the company against claims arising from provided content or service misuse. All terms are governed by the laws of the UAE and India.

To secure a project, a non-refundable deposit is required, and a booking is only considered confirmed once this payment is received. The remaining balance must be settled according to the mutually agreed payment schedule before the final project is completed or delivered. If a client needs to change the booking date or project scope, a request must be made at least 20 days in advance, subject to availability. Please note that the company reserves the right to refuse or cancel any booking if information remains incomplete or if deposits are not paid as required.

Clients may cancel a project before work begins, in which case a refund will be issued for payments made, excluding the non-refundable deposit. However, once work has commenced or the project has been delivered, no refunds will be provided under any circumstances. All deposits paid to confirm a booking are strictly non-refundable.
